Volume 14 Issue 11 - Page 4 November 2006

Tips for Medication Adherence:

Use a pill sorter that helps you keep track of what you need to take each day. If you don't have one, stop by the BABES office or any drug store to get one.

Leave yourself post-it notes on the front door or the bathroom mirror.

Ask a friend to be your med buddy and call you each day to remind you.

Consider using a pharmacy that pre-sorts your meds for you. Call BABES at 206.720.5566 for details.

Always keep a dose on you, just in case you don't make it home in time.
