One Day at
a Time

One day at a time, my thoughts will be on my
recovery, living and enjoying life without the use of drugs.
One day at a time, I will have faith in someone
who believes in me and wants to help me in my recovery.
One day at a time, I will have a program that I
will follow with the best of my abilities.
One day at a time, I will try to get a better
perspective on my life.
One day at a time, I will not be afraid. My
thought will be on my new associates and people who are not using drugs and
have found a new way of life.
As long as I follow that way, I have nothing to
fear.

Un día a la vez, mis
pensamientos estarán en mi recuperación, en mi vida y en el gozo
de mi vida sin usar drogas.
Un día a la vez,
tendré fe en alguien quien crea en mí y quiera ayudar en mi
recuperación.
Un día a la vez,
tendré un programa que seguiré con lo mejor de mis
capacidades.
Un día a la vez,
trataré de tener una mejor perspectiva sobre mi vida.
Un día a la vez, no
estaré asustada. Mis pensamientos estarán en mis nuevas socias y
la gente que no esta usando drogas y ha encontrado una nueva forma de vida.
Mientras siga ese camino, yo
no tengo nada que temer.
