Walking is good ...

Walking is good for your health and for your senses (sight, smell, sound ... etc.) It is also good for our enviornment. The less we drive the more we cut down on air pollution.

Walking is good for increasing lung capacity. I know, because my lungs feel strong when I am out enjoying the fresh air. The more we walk the better shape our leg muscles will be in. Soon, spring will be here which will help make walking more enjoyable. Fresh air helps to stimulate thinking, and we all know that walking is good for our mind, body and sould.

Keep in mind that each person has to walk on their own terms. How far I walk, when I walk, where I walk, and what I get out of it is up to me. Walking helps me to get back in touch with myself and nature.

Having said that, walking has not been easy for me. I have difficulty walking and it takes a lot of energy to

El caminar es bueno

El caminar es bueno para tu salud y para los sentidos - la vista, el olfato, el oido, etcetera. También es bueno para el medio ambiente. Cuando manejamos menos, bajamos la cantidad de contaminación del aire.

El caminar es bueno para mejorar la capacida de los pulmones. Yo sé porque los pulmones me sienten fuertes cuando estoy afuera disfrutando del aire fresco. Cuanto más caminemos, cuanto más emjoramos la forma de los músculos de las piernas. Pronto, podremos disfrutar más de nuestras caminatas al llegar la primavera. El aire fresco estimula el pensamiento, y sabemos todos que el caminar es bueno para la mente, el cuerpo, y el alma.

No olvides que cada persona debe hacer lo que pueda. La distancia, la hora, el lugar, y el beneficio son propios a cada individuo. Para mi, el caminar me perite reconectarme conmigo mmisma y con la naturaleza. Pero tengo que reconocer que el caminar no me ha venido fácilmente.
