Moving On
....
The BABES staff, Advisory Committee
and members would like to thank TOnya Rasberry for her two and a half years of
service to BABES Network program. As both a Peer Counselor and the Editor of
the BABES Talking newsletter, TOnya has touched the lives of hundreds of women
living with HIV and their families, and her unique perspective and great sense
of humor will be sorely missed! We wish TOnya good luck in her future
endeavors, and we hope to continue to see her around the BABES office.

Thank you ...
BABES would like to thank the many decidated
volunteers who made our Painting Party a huge success.
On Saturday, April 14th, a whopping 18 people
volunteered their time to paint BABES three new offices on the 4th Floor of the
YWCA headquarters at Fifth & Seneca!
We shared silly music, good conversation, Heroes
subs, yummy cake and lots and lots of pink paint ... and the new offices look
fantastic!
Thank you, BABES volunteers, for your hard work in
support of the BABES Mission.

El personal, el Comite
consultivo y los miembros de BABES querrian dar garcias a Tonya Rasberry para
sus dos y un medios anos del servico al programa de BABES Network - YWCA. Como
ambos una Consejera de igual y la Redactora del boletin BABES Talking, TOnya ha
tocado las vidas de centenares de mujeres que viven con VIH y sus familiar,
¡ y con su perspectiva extraordinaria y su gran sentido del humor, la
extranaremos mucho! Le deseamos a Tonya la buena suerte en sus tentativas
futuras, y nosotras esperamos continuar verla alreadedor de la oficina de
BABES.

Las BABES querrian dar
gracias a los muchos voluntarios dedicados que hicieron nuestro partido de
pintar un exito inmeseno.
¡El sabado, 14 de
abril, la friolera de 18 personas se ofrecieron su tiempo de pintar a las tres
nuevas oficinas de BABES en el piso cuarto del sede cde YWCA en Fifth y
Senecia.
¡Compartimos la musica
tonta, la conversacion buena, las tortas de Heroes, un pastel deolicioso y una
gran cantidad de pintura rosa ... y las nuevas oficinas parecen
fantasticas!
